Single room for rent in Auckland - 2014-10-31 in Hillsborough, Auckland for sale

We are a family of 4 including myself , my husband , our 8yr old son&an adorable well behaved cavNewzealandlisted. We live at the end of a quite street in Hillsborough. Hillsborough is a great suburb which is very close to the bay, some short bush walking trails and less than 15 minutes drive to the city centre. It has malls&eateries close by too. The bustop to the city is about 7 - 8 minutes walk.We have a 4 bedroom house, of which we have 2 rooms on offer of which one of them is on a different level (ground level) from the main areas . This is currently being rented by a lovely dutch girl until mid Jan. The room is furnished with a queen bed&a large wardrobe. The other room which is currently available, is on the main floor (first floor), with views to the pool&furnished with a queen bed, side table&a dresser. There is a second bathroom&toilet , which is for shared use. Also there is a laundry we can share as required. There is a rumpus on ground level (same as bedroom 1 )where we normally hang out for watching movies (all of us are movie buffs), gaming&sky tv. We have a pool that can be used during the summer months, we would prefer that you are a proficient swimmer just so we are sure of your safety.We are an english speaking family (may be of help for students coming to NZ to learn the language), who love to laze around in our beautiful sunny home as much as going out and explore new places and new food. We are looking for a sociable , courteous and extremely tidy person to come and share our home.
