House is off the street so fairly quiet.We also have large double garage that we use for storage/washing and firewood. Possibility of a pretty sweet woman/man cave! (Pool table included!)House is long so pretty quiet in bedroom if people are in lounge.Current flatmates are 2 females who are very easy-going, laid back and sociable! We enjoy hanging out in the lounge having a good laugh over a drink or two as well as enjoying quiet nights. 1 is self employed for her booming business, the other works full time.We also have 2 cats and a large dog so we love animals :) Flatmate also does pet minding/fostering from time to timeBOND is 2 weeks rent.
